Request account deletion
1010 Media Colleagues accounts are created and managed by an authorised workplace administrator. The app does not offer public self-registration.
How to request deletion
- Contact your authorised workplace administrator, or email privacy@alphilnetworks.com from the work or personal email associated with your account.
- Include your full name and employee number. Do not include your password or bank details.
- The organisation may verify your identity before processing the request.
What is deleted
When a request is approved, access credentials and profile data that are no longer required will be deleted or anonymised. Some employment, payroll, attendance, leave, security, or transaction records may need to be retained for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legitimate workplace recordkeeping obligations. Any retained information remains protected and is not used for advertising.
Timing
Requests are acknowledged and processed within a reasonable period, subject to identity verification and applicable retention requirements.
